DESCRIPTION:(Financial) annual report 2020\nAt the General Meeting of Members the policy pursued or to be pursued by De Eerste Kamer is discussed, which is implemented by the Board. The members of the association determine the course and positions of the association. With effect from 2020, the Senate will organize two members’ meetings a year. In this way we can separate the approval of the policy plan (including budget) for the coming year from the approval of the (financial) annual report for the past year. The cash committee reports on the finances during the AGM and advises the AGM to approve or reject the financial reports.\n
